Lemon Squeezer

Made in Tsubame, Niigata, Kajidonya’s Lemon Squeezer is formed from a single piece of durable 18-8 stainless steel. Its simple construction eliminates separate springs and fasteners that can loosen or corrode over time.

The perforated cup holds half a lemon or lime securely as the handles are pressed together, allowing juice to pass through while catching seeds and larger pieces of pulp. Compact and easy to store, it is a practical tool for cooking, cocktails and finishing dishes at the table.
